Blair Somerville, organic mechanic and tinkerer

I grew up intrigued by our local eccentic and wacky inventor Jake Mangle Wurzel (who also infamously married his dog) so I love this wonderful short film about Blair Somerville. Blair makes kinetic sculptures, rusty automatas, electronic doohickies (new term to me) and has over the years created the hugely inspiring Lost Gypsy Gallery, New Zealand. Must save up for a visit!
