Great day for Bonker*s as we are exhibiting at not only the Kunstcarree in Bocholt  but also the Platform Gallery, Clitheroe. Today it was the re opening of the gallery, by the mayor, as Clitheroe’s new visitor centre. We are delighted that they not only used our “Cows and Balloon” photo for their poster and publicity but also used the photo for their window display! We sold our main balloon at 10 am this morning two hours before the private view and it is flying to Spain as I type! We must rustle up a replacement to fill the gap in the wonderful window display. The Exhibition is open until 14th July 2012.

We’re really pleased to have heard today that we’ve been invited to exhibit our hot air balloon models in the Platform Gallery’s Craft Open, which runs from Saturday 5th May to Saturday 14th July 2012. The Platform Gallery is a great little art space situated beside Clitheroe train station, in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
